[AIS] Architecture of Information Systems

INGKIS

[AIS] Architecture of Information Systems

Main objectives of the course:

At the lectures of the subject the students present tasks solving of the each topics of lectures, which are arranged according to the principles of systems development lifecycle and the procedures of ISO / IEC / IEEE 42010: 2011 Systems and software engineering with using MDD – Model Driven Development principle. Task solving is a theoretical basis for the team work of the information system development project that students deal with exercises.
After complete the course, students have knowledge of:
– the general principles and standards of the information systems development,
– the procedures of an information system development in accordance with ISO / IEC / IEEE 42010: 2011 Systems and software engineering and – SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
– model-driven paradigm of the IS development,
and gain skills in:
– the use of IS development procedure on the grounds of the architectural framework creating, for semester project solving,
– the creating a business and software architecture of IS development,
– the modeling of IS development in terms of business and the software architecture and their mutual connection,
– the teamwork and project management via project of the information system development.
