The goal of our work will be at first make analyzes of free and available open-source virtual network elements or tools in high-speed networks. In next chapter, we will discuss the topologies in which we will deploy virtual network tools. Practical part will include instalation and setup of tools like Open vSwitch, Open vSwtich with DPDK and VPP. This part will also include their configuration, so the virtual switches created by these tools are correctly deployed in the given topologies. Finally, we will test the topologies with deployed virtual tools, namely Iperf3 and Cisco TRex.
