The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to process the problem of the National Telepresence Infrastructure and analyze correspondent systems situated in FRI UNIZA. The thesis is divided into several sections. The first section is focused on NTI and description of the core of the infrastructure. How are the videoconference devices connected to the infrastructure and what kind of services do they provide. The next section is aimed at the protocols, which are used in videoconferences and their description. The third section focuses on the analysis of packets which are being sent during the communication between the host and the server. The final section describes the issues that We have come across during our work with host devices. Attachments of the bachelor thesis are signalization diagrams, files containing captured communication and user manuals.
