Pavel Segeč, PhD.The objective of the thesis is the theoretical description of services pabx and its following realization in the software program Freeswitch.The thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part the concept of IP telephony is described. In the second part the signaling protocol SIP is described. In the third part the telephone exchange services are theoretically described in details. In the fourth part the configurations are described and the procedure concerning the configuration of the service. Appendices contain configuration files, call flow diagrams and sniff files.
