Zber a archivácia logov na KIS UNIZA

The goal of Diploma thesis is to design and implement a system for the collection and archiving logs for KIS UNIZA. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the logs, it offers an overview of logs across multiple platforms and operating systems, and provides hints about the issue of rotating them. Theoretical part also contains informative overview of the different systems and software, which that are used for the management of logs. A description of the log server, which is based on Graylog, and its necessary components occurs in the theoretical and practical part of thesis. The practical part informs the reader with server deployment in terms of KIS FRI, describes its installation and configuration and preview of its work. It also includes configuration of individual hosts who sends their logs to the central server.
