Testovanie priepustnosti firewallov open-source prostriedkami

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis will be to perform an analysis of the basic security functions of firewalls. Subsequently, we will create sample configurations of firewalls. We will select tools for testing network throughput and test the created configurations. In the theoretical part, we will focus on the description of the computer network and some of its parts, which we mentioned during the creation of the bachelor thesis. We also cover network security options and specific options on our devices. Last but not least, we will also mention tools for measuring throughput in computer networks. In the practical part, we will describe the procedure of our work in testing network throughput and evaluate the results of individual tests.
